Re-send with removing bogus empty lines.

Hi there,

The description of <body> at 4.3.1. says;
<body> is a sequence of one or more definitions followed by one or more
expressions.

Should this be 'zero or more definitions'? Otherwise I could read this
like let-syntax must have at least one internal definition.
