I do not buy the argument that we are making things better by using
"module" instead of "library" in this case. The module term is much more
common throughout, including systems in Chez, PLT, Scheme48 (I believe),
among others. IMO, it's much safer to use the term library, because we
only have to contend with minor syntactic alterations against R6RS. I do
not know of any other systems which conflict with the library name. I
would rather conflict against one R6RS library in a relatively minor way,
than to overload the name yet again against all of the other module
systems out there which bear the same name, including R6RS systems like
Chez which have both a module and a library system, for good reason.
