I have become convinced that there is no way, really, to
mix a module system with macros without *some* confusing
and undesirable effects.

This causes me to suspect that one or the other is a bad
idea.  Or at least that we haven't fully understood it
and reached its perfected form.

But if one follows these ruminations they lead rapidly
away from Scheme as we know it.
