I think checking the feature list is useful interactively,
but can't think of a good use in programs apart from
logging.  Checking the implementation name would
only be useful for logging, or possibly in the case
where you're provided a REPL in some application
(e.g. an ircbot) and want to know what implementation
it's running on.

Given these are minor cases I think it's a more
appropriate feature for the large language.
