That material is somewhat out of date, but on the other hand, WG2 was
suspended for a long time while WG1 completed, and has only just started
up again, so you haven't missed that much.

We don't have anything official yet, but there is a draft revision of
the charter at ProposedWG2Charter that specifies a SRFI-based process,
and that process is now underway.

We're voting on the inclusion of SRFI 111 (boxes), and still
discussing SRFI 112 (environment inquiry), SRFI 113 (sets and bags),
and SRFI 114 (comparators) on the usual SRFI mailing lists (see
<http://srfi.schemers.org>) for details).  Anyone who wishes to join WG2
is urged to join the <scheme-reports-wg2@gmail.com> mailing list and to
go ahead and vote on SRFI 111 if they want to.

The current agenda of packages and proposals can be found at WG2Dockets.
